If you have made a recent payment and it's not showing on your account, we can help.

Most of our payments are processed automatically, however, some types of card transaction and all bank payments need manual review. This may mean a short delay in your payment being reflected on your account. If you have been waiting more than one working day, please let us know and we can trace the payment for you. Please just contact support and let us know the following information:

  • The email address you use to log in to your account with us
  • The date you made the payment and the amount
  • How you made the payment (card, bank transfer etc)
  • The name on your card or bank account
  • Any reference numbers you have

This will allow us to locate the payment and apply it to your account.
